My experience at Nirvana Health and Wellness with Dr. Williams was absolutely fabulous. The space is calm, welcoming, and truly intentional. Dr. Williams was knowledgeable, attentive, and never rushed—every interaction felt thoughtful and supportive. That balance of professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I go for Spravato, it’s an amazing experience, I love to use the sound bed, and half way through the Dr. Williams gives us freshly made cookies and popcorn and other snacks and drinks. It’s a calming experience, I’ve been going since she started Spravato, so for over a year, and it’s great every time.
Dr. Williams has been great to work with and her staff is helpful and patient as well.
