I unfortunately had a bad experience with Mistie. I came to her after seeing the great reviews but unfortunately my experience involved her being condescending to me, her taking little to no accountability for anything, and left with a hair color nothing compared to what I wanted. Plus her canceling my appointment day off due to not buying her recommended products from her store! I came with an inspo picture and referenced my dream color I wanted multiple times. Mistie's professionalism, knowledge and interest in understanding what I was trying to accomplish...is exactly what I was looking for in a new stylist. Vibes are trendy spa meets "it's all about you" time. Her new client application is meant to help YOU find the right stylist - so worth following her lead with that process. You won't be sorry.
