I scheduled for an appointment for a Saturday 11am. Got confirmation that appointment was set. Showed up 15 min early today, left at 11:15am. Gates never opened, phone number provided goes straight to voicemail which is full. I never received a call nor email stating they would be closed, or appointment is cancelled. I drove in from the San Gabriel valley to Hollywood. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely terrible, the front desk lady it is atrocious. The place is so inconvenient and so unprofessional ! Total bait and switch ! Tell you one thing over the phone and do another, prices are outrageous and they don’t care about their customers/patients. Front desk lady who answers the phone needs to be fired and put in a mental hospital. Seriously. These people are so sketchy, the place is so sketchy and inside is even sketchier. So rude and so mean. This place is a total scam and a joke.
