The too maintenance guys was excellent, they did a great job thank you so much
Slum lords at its finest as well as management and payment system changes every 6 months . There is never a response from maintenance staff or emergency on call services . They also close out work orders that have never been acknowledged or completed . The only communication they put out or will respond to is rental payment,eviction, or eviction notice. It is also infested with roaches and rats that go uncured.
Great place to call home! I’ve lived at Nirvana at Glenrose for about 12 years, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The staff and management are always friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community well-maintained. Over the years, I’ve felt very comfortable and supported living here — it really feels like home. WASTE OF TIME! Spoke on the phone with a representative, told them about my situation. They said no problem come on in and look at a unit. I get a Lyft from Stone Mountain up here and just to be turned around because I was misinformed. Unfriendly office staff. I’m glad I didn’t apply online. Website pictures are not the same in person!
I’ve been a resident at this community for 5 years, and Marna is by far the best property manager I’ve encountered. She is professional, dedicated, and truly committed to providing excellent customer service in every aspect of her position. Marna always goes above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are met. Her hard work and positive attitude make living here a great experience!
