I have had backpain for as long as I can remember and I have gone to several chiropractors and physiotherapists. After just one session with Aastha I saw better results than any other practitioner I've been to in the past. She was able to pinpoint exactly which muscles were tight and contributing to the pain in my back. i just had a massage from here! and really its worth it! i have even been to massage addict nd other massage centres but those are garbage really! people there just pass their session time using machines instead of applying pressure with their hands! nd they suggest nd talk a lot but do little! but here she did a great job today at nirogya wellness because she takes her business seriously! thanks again! will come back again nd suggest friends to visit too!
Aastha is the best massage therapist anyone could ever need to have those stiff muscles relaxed, she puts all the effort she can to make you feel physically well balanced, and moreover the conversation she made with me in all the session I had, I truly believe her clients leave with a positive mid set as well.
