I love Nirmal's. I've been to their restaurant since they opened, and I've always been impressed by their food. I'm painfully aware that most Indian restaurants that I've been to are about as Indian as Panda Express is Chinese food, so I was delighted to see that their food is fresh and high quality. The fact that you can't designate a level of spiciness for their curries also indicated that they truly were stewed over a long period of time rather than made to order. Terrible dining experience. Horribly rude server. Never was greeted by the owner who was there talking with other tables. Left after 90 minutes of never receiving our entrees. Another server took down our name and number and said the owner would be in contact with us. He has never called us (now almost a month later) or responded to my review on Yelp. Clearly he does not care to take a few minutes out of his day to apologize or work with customers who had awful experiences at his restaurant.
