Update: I finally have quality care. When you find someone who specializes in their field, is capable of listening, and wants you to feel better, it changes everything. Dpnt allow lower level doctors to gas light you!! Seek out the best because you are the only person who has to live in despair if you get stuck with a bad practice. Lets start with it took me a month to get ahold of this office. Leave only 1 message and we will get back to you in 72 hours. That should have been my first red flag. 3 weeks and 3 messages later I finally got hold of the scheduling department. If I could give a negative I would. How rude is this office. You can't get an appointment unless you have a referral. On the faxed referral it tells them what I needed to be seen for, not to mention they ask. There is a reason why she has such poor ratings. If you want to work with a practitioner who shows absolutely no care or concern, ask for her by name. I had extensive testing done by VCU to get a diagnoses because she undermined all my symptoms. After the results came back, she went on to diagnose me with a condition that I had mentioned someone there had diagnosed me with at her office several years prior I guess she must have forgotten that she told me I didn't have this condition. Dr. Soni was very detailed and thoroughly covered each issue of concern. She came ready with patient history yet listened for any input from the patient all the same. Dr Soni is clearly an expert in her field and made it a point to leave the patient having a solid understanding of their health as well explaining the reasons for tests/prescriptions/other follow ups. Would def recommend!
Dr.Soni is one of the best doctors / neurologists! She is thorough, listens and takes her time answering questions and concerns! She is very personable and couldn’t be happier with her and her staff!
