Dr Patel is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Which I appreciate. Willing to answer any questions we had. The only downside, which i didn't deduct for because I know it's a new office and things are getting settled... but we waited an hour in the waiting room past our appointment time to be seen. I had to ask if we were still going to be seen. So just cutting down wait times and keeping people informed of what's going on would be really helpful.
