Mike is a rock star
NIR did a great job of replacing the water heater. Nick and the team have always done a great job of caring for our plumbing needs.
Scheduling the service was easy with a phone call and were available quickly. The return response said arrival would be at 12 noon. At 2 pm I called to see if they were still coming but got a voice mail. I got a call back, but phone # didn't ID as NIR, but I answered and they said he was running late. Finally got there at 3 pm. Service itself was quick as it was a pretty routine repair. He was done at 4 pm. I was shocked that the cost was $500. Next time I will definitely ask for a quote.
Responds in a timely manner, will find the parts you need even if it needs to be specially ordered.
