I have been doing business with Chad for years starting with a company I worked for, and now my own business. NIR is always there when you need them even if it means getting on the roof of the building to fix the furnace in freezing cold temps!

One of my favorite things is when a business fixes your broken thing when they can without trying to sell a whole other expensive thing because it makes them more money. Chad brought top notch service and did just that. I highly recommend NIR!
