We had these folks install a washer/dryer hookup for us. We trusted that they would leave things easy to patch if needed and otherwise ready to go. What we were left with was a hookup that didn’t reach the washer dryer hook ups, pipes and mount that were proud of the Sheetrock, a drain pipe and pex that were drilled directly through a support beam, destroying about half of the structural integrity, a new leak, and a dryer vent mounted in a way that didn’t allow the flap to close. Customer service needs a major overhaul Installed a new faucet that was grossly undersized for the sink. This was a $655 service call- which I will need to pay again if I want to swap out for a larger size faucet. They should never have installed a faucet so small- but it is "my fault" for not noticing it before they left. Honestly I wasn't even aware that faucets came in other sizes but common sense would say at least talk it over if you intend to install something that is a different size! Niquette plumbing and heating are the best they are honest never have to worry if they are in your house
Very skilled and professional plumbers - they took care of a tricky leak in my bathroom in short order. They are now my go-to for any pluming issue and without hesitation, I would highly recommend them.
They botched a gas boiler install in such a way that it led to excess water causing minor flooding in our basement. Their solution to install a pump that feeds into the sewer line was done in such a way that it could cause sewage to back up into our basement. Thank god we had another plumber come check their work before that happened. Fixing these problems will cost us a lot of money. They also left a mess for us to clean up each time they visited.
