NIPSCO advertises "extended warranty" coverage, accepts payment for SAME COVERAGE with its billing service, and denies any connection to it when problems come up. 800 number to help you they give can't speak English. WHAT GREAT SERVICE NIPSCO!!!!
Charging 20 usd for a "returned check"? First of all, I never sent a check, second, you claim that the insufficient funds has caused you to incur in administrative expenses, which is to send me a threatening letter that could not have cost more than a dollar. Sorry but you suck and Indiana too for allowing this BS.
I sure wish I could leave zero stars for this rip off of a company we are forced to use. It’s disgusting how much you are charging people. Our bill went from $340 to $572 . I feel horrible for those families you are forcing out of their homes or making them choose between electricity and feeding their children.
We've lost power twice this week on sunny, calm days with no warning. The infrastructure and service keep getting worse and the price keeps going up. We need an alternate service provider.
We went from a 5 person household to a 2 person household yet our bill has more than doubled. $600^ is ridiculous. Nobody can afford this, especially ppl on fixed income. People should not have to choose between feeding their family or having electric. This is beyond disgusting. Shame on you.
