Do not consider working for this company, especially in the Marketing department. There is no respect for the employees. The head of the marketing department, who is the daughter of one of the owners, has no idea about marketing and treats her employees rudely, humiliates them, and lacks respect for them. When she speaks to her employees, she does so sarcastically and arrogantly. She believes she is the best and has no idea what she is talking about or doing. It is the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life.
Bought the RCN-506 and found it doesn't work with my Cisco cable box. Tried to call customer service and told that it's probably not compatible with my cable box despite not given the chance to tell agent the brand. Spent money on an alleged Universal Remote in which I tossed in the Trash. Going to Stick with Name Brand Remotes such as RCA!! Never had a problem with them!!
