No I don't recommend Nippers. They came out on Monday to fix my freezer, charged me a fee for coming out, put in a part and charged me for that. He, Chris the man that came out said it was fixed and left. my husband called him later and told him it still wasn't freezing. My husband was told it takes awhile to get cold. My husband called on Tuesday and told him it still wasn't working. My Husband called them, told them the make ,model and serial # of our Whirlpool oven. He told them what the problem was..they came out, looked at the oven and charged a crazy service fee and Still said they didn't have the item needed.
Friendly people, good service
Great people. Our washer broke down on us and we found one we liked at their store. We bought it only to have the new one brake down too. All it took was one phone call and they replaced it with a washer that better suited our needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Nippers!!!
