The personnel are always professional and are efficient. Intake nurse is always pleasant, conversational and efficient. Dr. Reader is an excellent doctor who does his homework and cares about his patients. I value him as my primary physician. The referral process was the best I have had to date. I received a call from Dr. Reader's office within 24 hours and after that I received a call from the Dr Lelegren's office within 24 hours. Excellent.
