I would not recommend Ninth Square Apartments in New Haven. When I first moved in, there were roaches throughout the apartment, and I had to pay out of pocket for Terminix to address the issue. Maintenance response was consistently poor and did not adequately resolve concerns. There were also ongoing issues with people smoking in the hallways, as well as non-residents, including individuals experiencing homelessness, entering the building, which raised safety concerns.
