There are many other places in Lansdale that are MUCH better I honestly don't know what has happened to Nino's. I have been getting my pizza and sandwiches there for years and they have always been my favorite up until the past few months. I've always preferred privately owned pizza shops over pizza chains mainly because the quality is so much better and you get much better service. GOOD FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Let me first start off by saying I know all about serving customers. I have been a manager at mcdonalds for 5 years and a crew trainer 3 years before that so I have a lot of experience in customer serivce. I know that at times customers can be unruley and even wrong, but there is a saying that goes " the customer is always right". For the sake of your business never disagree with them. Bad People, Bad Food. Constant screaming and yelling going on while we were trying to enjoy a very rare outing to me for my family and I. We left without finishing our food because it was disgusting and when we tried to tell them they were too busy carrying on with eachother to serve their customers. I put some money in the tip jar and watched the old lady pluck it out before it even hit the bottom of the jar. Cancer Fakes I would NOT recommend this ârestaurantâ to anyone looking for good food and a peaceful dining atmosphere. This restaurant uses the lowest quality of food and the unfriendly and hostile atmosphere does not compensate for the lousy food. Garlic Knots My family and I LOVE Ninos Pizza. Tonight we ordered some pizza and we really wanted some garlic knots, but they said they were not making them tonight. 15 minutes ago they came to our door with garlic knots just for us and did not charge us. We enjoy Ninos. It's a great family place.
teacher/mom I think Nino's is great! My young boys love the attention they get every time they walk in the door. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The pizza is made the way you request it. I love the tuna salad platter. I have enough for lunch the following day. Margaret is the best!
