Five stars (and a million thumbs up) for Ninja Roofs! Taylor (the owner) and his crew did an exceptional job replacing our roof. This wasn’t your standard in-and-out hail damage job - it involved weeks of back-and-forth with our insurance company and some serious administrative wrangling to figure out our budget. Absolutely the best roofing company in town. Reliable, trustworthy, and very knowledgable!
There were several roofing companies that looked at my roof after a severe hail storm. Damian with Ninja Roofs was by far the best person to work with. He was very kind, knowledgeable, personable and excellent with guiding me through all steps of the process of working with the insurance company from start to finish. The quality of the work is top-notch, the crew completed my roof replacement promptly and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend working with Ninja Roofs for any roofing project.
Duncan was prompt, did an initial inspection and communicated his findings to Allstate. Was present and worked with the Allstate adjusters. Once Allstate approved the repairs Duncan scheduled the replacement. The crew showed up shortly after 7 am and was completed by 12:30 pm. Very professional and thorough. Roof looks great and all trash was picked up. Duncan and his crew were very good and easy to work with. I would give my recommendation for anyone to use Ninja Roofs.
They did a great job on my flat roof, finding and repairing the source of leaks. Good crew, efficient and friendly. Would hire them again - in fact looking forward to it!
