Awful birthday experience for my son. Parents had to help out because there was only one coach. The second coach arrived with thirty minutes until the party was over. She argued with the other coach and sat on her phone for the rest of the party. Totally disengaged from the whole thing. It was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for a birthday party. It’s also too expensive to be worth it.
We recently attended a birthday party here. While our daughter loved being with her friends, as a parent I was super unimpressed. The parents of the birthday child had to do all the party including clean up. There was only 1 employee at the location and the 2nd employee showed up with 30 mins of the party. She interrogated a couple of the kids about what they were doing at party, and she seemed to be in a dispute with the other employee. It was very unprofessional.
