Charlie and Brayden are so great with kids! The whole place is always clean- always ready to have a great time and definitely keeps the kids engaged in classes! The front desk staff Allie is so nice, she always keeps a smile on her face and is extremely nice to the kids!
When we were at ninja nation today they had hardly any staff. There were only three staff members. One of them was sitting on there phone doing nothing to help. My grandson was on the air bag and had a huge scratch down his arm. I don't recommend coming here.
We came for my son’s 13th birthday and my son really enjoys coming here and we wish we could more often. However, I thought the time slot said ages 5+ but there were younger ones all over including crawling babies with parents just chatting nearby so I felt I had to follow my son and his friends around so that they had body awareness. So while I’d recommend this place, I’d add that you and your older children need to be extra mindful that others aren’t following rules.
