Think twice before trusting this place with your mental health. They seem to be slowly failing as a business and clearly care more about money than their patients. Over the past year the owner got rid of the administrative staff and hired her family. As that has happened communications regarding appointments, schedules and billing and medical plan have become very disorganized. Very poor communication at the front desk. They are a business, but I do expect some level of compassion from a mental health provider. Provider was gone on a leave and they told me the incorrect times. Some good care, terrible organization. It's like the front desk doesn't talk with the providers. They also require online payments but can't provide access to their online portal.
I’ve had nothing but great luck here. It took a few months for the phone intake - as expected though. My son actually had his evaluation 6 months earlier due to a cancellation and honestly probably pure luck. The lady at the front desk - Rosie, is super nice and made scheduling / voicing any concerns very easy to do. Jenna English was great at making sure all paperwork was received, and communicating thoroughly with all parties which makes it easier on all ends.
