Highly do not recommend applying here. No response, no application update. Iliana and Sha’aron are the absolute worst. Applied originally first week of January. A month later I have made no progress on application. Spent 100s for application sent over 5 various proof of income verification yet no update no communication, nothing. Please save your time and do not apply here. Management is no good.
We paid over $350 in application and related fees and regret it. After submitting everything requested, we were repeatedly asked for new documents over several weeks. Every time we complied, another requirement was added. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no sense of urgency to actually process the application.
