Worst apartment building I have ever rented in. It is far from anything luxury. The place is nothing but a dump . The management is the worst. They put me in collections for $1500 I moved out, signed a lease with a new building six months after I moved out I then get a notice that I have a $1500 debt that I’m in collections for not wanting to resigning a lease at this fake luxury apartment. I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this property markets itself as a premium apartment community while delivering an experience that falls well short of that standard. Here were my biggest frustrations during my time here: 1. I was not impressed with the property management. Communication was often frustrating, and resolving issues required far more follow-up than it should have. 2. Residents regularly left garbage in the hallways outside of valet trash pickup times.
