Amazing building with an amazing staff.
There are many issues with this apartment complex, and I would strongly caution anyone before choosing to live here. Here is a short list of ongoing problems: Lack of security in the garage. Unauthorized vehicles frequently get in. Lack of a responsive courtesy officer. Maintenance tickets being closed before the issue is actually resolved. I've lived here for a while, and I can honestly say things have gotten noticeably better recently. There was some turnover in management, and since Cory started in the leasing office about six weeks ago, the difference has been night and day. Cory is the kind of person who remembers residents, follows up when he says he will, and genuinely seems to care about making this a great place to live.
