Leasing office is very kind and considerate! I accidentally had a package sent to an old address here and they went out of their way (in the rain) to bring it to the office for my peace of mind.

They gave us uncleaned ( it took us almost a week to clean the carpets and floor with dog hair, spider webs)apartment, we had to call maintenance multiple times to fix things. and it’s been 3 months the AC is not working in one of the rooms. If we ask we get very rude answers.
Just moved in and have been loving my experience so far. Very smooth transition and great communication.
They stole my security deposit, my dishwasher wasn’t working the whole time I stayed, maintenance staff were rude and disrespectful.
