I will echo the statement of another reviewer that my entire experience was soured upon move out, specifically with regard to my security deposit. I was surprised to see over 95% of my security deposit was deducted for what I thought to be wear and tear. Not only that, but the paltry amount of my security deposit that was returned only showed up in the mail 30 days after move-out, despite my having provided a forwarding address the day of my move-out. Kind of ridiculous. Have an expectation of getting their rent without having to do anything for their people. Unreal to believe that I spend 2 or 3 days a month at my apartment and cant get someone to get me a spare key safely after having them stolen, and to top it off IF want a spare key I would have to pay someone in maintanence to take 20 minutes out of their day to hand a resident their key. Lived here for 2 years from I think 2020-2022 and I thought it was a great little apartment! Maintenace was always helpful and fast. I felt safe and I really enjoyed the area.
Horrible place to live . It’s so nasty . Bugs all around . Seen mouse too. Counter tops so poor built they are coming out . They are so cheap. Dish washers doesn’t work properly. Shower water comes and goes. You share the laundry area always nasty they don’t clean good.
Horrible people to work with.
