Dr. Kandel is very kind, thorough, and always takes her time with me. I have had several doctors in my past and have stayed with Dr. Kandel for 25+ years. She is the best.
Dr. Kandel was not professional and did not want to talk thru diagnosis any of my questions I had, felt very uncomfortable and rushed through my appointment she was late already for while I waited my turn. Dr Kandel ordered excessive tests not necessary. Dr Kandel lacks empathy and instead of saying she does not know an answer she deflects negative feedback to her patients. Save your time and go elsewhere to be treated with respect.
