Theres a minimum level of ethics a business should have… this place does not! I’m sure the stylists are great but even if you end up cancelling because your in the ER so sick your morals and ethics wouldn’t let you go out into public let alone a hair salon they’re still going to take your deposit and charge you again for a missed appt. I’d rather they just said OMG thank you for not getting our entire store sick with the flu.
Natty is the Queen of hair!! By far the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and my mom was a stylist growing up. I have curly hair and not everyone knows how to work with that but she’s actually made it look better. Also she’s just the best, so inviting, and fun the be around. Highly recommend!!!
Natty Jackson is AMAZING for color. I’m blonde and I came in saying I wanted to find my signature color and look. Together we came out with the perfect shade of blonde, she knows me so well now that sometimes she’ll add in a new tone to try out and I love it even more every single time! Los Angeles has talented colorists the way it has traffic, everywhere, constant, unavoidable, so you can’t choose based on skill, that would be like choosing a restaurant in this city based on whether they serve food.
