I had a hair color and cut with Abigail, assisted by Summer, and both were great. I’m very happy with my cut and color. Abigail made thoughtful suggestions along the way, and everything came together really well. The only part of the experience I didn’t like was the tipping process at checkout. I was told while checking out that the tip I am leaving on my credit card would go only to Abigail, and that to tip Summer, I would need to do venmo or cash. Be very careful in dealing with Mikayla Byers. She should be working at Supercuts. First time canceling an appointment within a few hours of the cut off and insist on getting every last dollar. Some one should let her know not everything is about money especially when you charge $150 for a haircut. The owners should get rid of her and quick.

😬 I’d probably book somewhere else. I booked a 7:00 PM haircut because it was the only appointment available. The next morning, I received a text asking if I could come in much earlier due to a scheduling change. As a hairstylist myself, I knew exactly what was happening. Someone had canceled, and they were trying to fill a gap in the stylist’s schedule. No problem. I rearranged my own day, moved a call, and made it work. I had a really great experience here. Abigail took the time to understand what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions that actually worked for my hair. The cut turned out great, it’s easy to manage, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back.
