I absolutely love this gym. It’s been about 30 years since I did any kind of martial arts, but I feel so welcome. The care given to me as a novice in the arts has been unparalleled. The community is encouraging. The coaches are amazingly skilled and patient, meeting each individuals learning style. I'm really glad we decided to give this place a shot and felt compelled to write a review after class today. You always hear the bad things about places like this and never when anything goes well. I wanted to find a fun healthy activity to get back in shape and a good activity to do with my son before he leaves for college and decided to give this place a call.
