5-star rating, service was impeccable, Shanna is the best… For the year and half it’s been great. Early termination moving, promotions it’s been so great 909 has been there for me through it all. You wont find better 5-stars cause maintenance is on there stuff immediately and you’ll always be heard. I have no complaints and no issues, thanks Shanna it’s been great!!!!!!!
I have lived here at the 909 apartments for 17 years, and it is a great place to live. Our current manager - Shanna Aragon is an extremely awesome manager. She is extremely professional, very caring about all of the tenants, she cares so much about the property, and when she can provides some entertainment for the tenants. This use to be a very nice and reasonable place sadly only thing thats happened is price goes up and service has went way down!
I've lived here for a year now. The staff is excellent, kind, and hardworking. The apartment and facilities are clean and nice. I have had zero issues with bugs and maintenance issues have been resolved the same day. The neighborhood is quite nice—I feel totally comfortable walking to the store at 9:30pm with no concerns for my safety. My only real complaint is that they switch from heating to cooling a little too late and from cooling to heating a little too soon.
909 Apartments is an outstanding place! The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant environment. The management team is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!
