Lived there for five years. Property manager is kind and helpful. Maintenance issues were always dealt with promptly.
Great place to live downtown! Convenient location, within walking distance of the farmer's market, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Quick drive to the freeway to get you anywhere in town. Fairly quiet for being near Central. Shana and her crew do an excellent job with upkeep and maintaining the property. They are prompt to address any issues.
