Great place to live downtown! Convenient location, within walking distance of the farmer's market, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Quick drive to the freeway to get you anywhere in town. Fairly quiet for being near Central. Shana and her crew do an excellent job with upkeep and maintaining the property. They are prompt to address any issues.
I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone. The management is great Shanna is kind and responsive, maintenance is quick! I loved the community and the building and pool was always kept clean. The area is safe and the building is very secure, we always felt safe and even parking one of our cars on the street we never had any issues. 5-star rating, service was impeccable, Shanna is the best… For the year and half it’s been great. Early termination moving, promotions it’s been so great 909 has been there for me through it all. You wont find better 5-stars cause maintenance is on there stuff immediately and you’ll always be heard. I have no complaints and no issues, thanks Shanna it’s been great!!!!!!!

I have lived here at the 909 apartments for 17 years, and it is a great place to live. Our current manager - Shanna Aragon is an extremely awesome manager. She is extremely professional, very caring about all of the tenants, she cares so much about the property, and when she can provides some entertainment for the tenants. Her greatest entertainment is providing a great Christmas party for everybody here. With her leadership, professionalism, guidance, and direction, it is no wonder people love living here.
