Everything was phenomenal and well prepared. The cider braised pork chop is the most tender I have ever had at a restaurant and the sauce and accompanying veggies were perfect. Had been waiting to try this place for a while and now that I have I will definitely go back.
Michael and I sat at the bar this past Saturday and Rachel was our bartender. She was FANTASTIC! Kind, polite, efficient and funny. I had their signature "mule" cocktail which was very yummy. My husband had a draft in which Rachel had to change the keg but she didn't seem annoyed by having to do this. We have gone to places where the bartender was too busy to change it out and told him to order a different beer. But not Rachel. She also brought us waters and bread without us having to ask for it. First time at 9 Elm American Bistro and I’m honestly impressed. The food is outstanding and the service is wonderful. Our server, Krissy, went above and beyond and made the whole experience even better. The filet mignon 😍😍😍 was absolutely perfect. Definitely coming back!
