High pressure sales tactics, and unprofessional management. They lost not 1, but 2 patients today to greed and disrespect.
I had a dental emergency was taken in same day the office is beautiful and everything you need from a dental perspective is in this practice all of the staff was beyond excellent and they all had a smile. Dr Kratsner was the best and I have been to a lot of dentists in my 65 years and my search is over I finally found my dentist!!!
Both of the hygienist are so wonderful Samantha and Shannon I feel well taken care of and they are very knowledgeable
