I’ve had a terrible experience for the past two months. I’ve been locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night because my fob stopped working, certain doors and elevators don’t work for weeks at a time, the hot tub is hardly ever hot, and I got charged double one month for rent mistakenly with late fees charged every single day when I did pay rent on time.
