"I had a horrendous experience and would never go back! The lady, claiming to be a queen, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to do my nails as I wanted, insisting on her own preferences. Her constant remarks that it wouldn't look right made me furious—I'm paying for my nails, why can't I have them my way?
