Terrible. This place is not clean, and they don’t use sterilized tools. The lady cut my pinky toe so short it bled and is now swollen. Will never go back.
Very unclean place. They don’t sanitize any of their tools!! We’ve not only seen it ourselves, but when we asked the lady who was doing our manicures and pedicures how they clean their tools, she said they just use water. They were’t even cleaning the tools properly, they would just gently dip them in water and put them away. Very disappointed because we actually liked coming here!
This is my first time using Nina’s nails and I loved it. I will be going back. The personnel was divine and friendly. Kudos to Nina and her staff.
