With one customer in front of me & three staff in, I was waiting patiently for assistance with an arrangement. No staff acknowledgment, I continued to wait right in eye sight. Staff walked past me, in and out of store, after 12 minutes and the customer in front of me having finished their transaction, two new customers wandered right past me up to the counter and were tended to without even a look in my direction - As the other staff just hung around behind the counter.
