I had an excellent experience at Nina's hair care on 10/3/21. I asked for a shampoo, condition, blow out, and ends clipped. Ms. Nina was on time and very friendly. I have thick kinky hair and she gave my scalp a great scrub during the wash. Before we started, I told her I did not have a lot of time, and asked could she get me in and out quickly. Got my boyfriend hair done by Nina come out withing 7 days when they said 4 weeks and wouldn't retwist them saying it was his fault they came out and wouldn't refund me
Nina acquired pics and information prior to my child’s appointment and gave a price of 65 for a wash and straight back braids. She said nothing of a price increase until the very end for it to be 150 ( for straight back braids) and left to start someone’s hair. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The braids were thick and are already drying fuzzy. She also just whipped out scissors and cut my daughters hair with no words mentioned.
