Everyone was very professional and helpful when scheduling appointments for me. When I needed to reschedule due to the flu , the staff was very understanding and made a point in asking how I was feeling. I know it was in my chart but, it was still nice. Colonoscopy went well. Only concern was the full fees for facility and anesthesia was not made known ahead of time. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I’ve now scheduled my husband an appointment.
She’s kind, and she actually listens to me.
Dr Singh requested a lab test that wasn’t substantiated by her diagnosis, thus not covered by my insurance. After speaking with her office, I was told she changed the coding so I wouldn’t be stuck with the $131.13 bill. That was May 6, 2023. Today I received a collection notice for that amount. Her office told me it was taken care of!! Very disappointing and will never return to her practice
went to Dr Singh to help me with my LIFELONG IBS. I am on a physician managed opioid pain program due to a pinched nerve in my hip. I have had IBS for my entire life, and while I already know pain meds don’t help, I also cannot walk if I don’t have them because I am in debilitating pain. Dr. Singh was AMAZING inpatient at Northside, but when trying to follow up with her out at an office was a nightmare. Multiple times offices changed providers and I never saw her outpt. EVERY SINGLE PA/NP IS DISMISSIVE! The last straw was being told that yoga would solve IBS issues and prevent further progression of other diseases. Absolute false hope if you have more than one chronic illness.
