Been going here for years! Always gave a great tip. I started coming here when this place was barely making it!! Nina used to be good at what she does .. she became very careless and constantly rushing you out the chair because she so worried about money walking out the door. Meaning, she would be doing your nails and If a customer walks in she rushes on you and does an awful job just to make sure that customer is seen. Horrible just horrible lady rush my pedicure when I repeat myself not to rush then I ask for Nina the owner to write on my nail because it wasn’t gel she claim she couldn’t do it which I bullshit. How was thing being done before the feel nd all these other things they can do now . She has a client in her chair is the reason she didn’t want to do it. I won’t be back
These nail spot is way below one star. Walked out after 2.5 hours from sitting there for them not understand me. Asked for a basic gel manicure and was kind about it. They were nice enough to accommodate the style of a “u” shape type of French but would have rather them tell me NONE of them knew how to do French. They took it off after 3 tries. Caught one of the ladies recording me. And she wasn’t trying to be discreet about it either. Save your coin they don’t know how to do any design.
