Everything during this appt was very good. The provider was very busy, and I TOTALLY understand/understood that it took a bit of extra time to be seen. There was no problem on my end because I understand that sometimes appointments run longer than expected. I was given all the time I needed for my appt; I did not feel rushed or slighted in any way. I appreciate the courtesy that is always extended to me. Thank you.

Dr Bergquam is always attentive to my needs and listens to me and gives me what I need to be able to supply my employer or others regarding my absences, give information to BHI for my son.
This was my first visit with this provider as my previous primary care doctor left Providence. She was friendly and helpful and listened to my questions and concerns.
