They are super friendly and professional and they have great pricing and a selection of gold.
Upon arrival door was locked and the ladie behind glass made a gesture of what do you want .I wanted to take my gold chain for repair and I called before I went there and they said they could do it .after she let me in ,she still asked what do I want .went to the back the door for where the jewelry store is ,it was locked too and they asked what I want ,to repair my chain .they said Noo .I was being discriminated and judged upon because of my appearance.
The ladies here were very friendly and helpful. I was looking for everyday earrings and dainty rings. I found their selection to be the best in the area and at a fair price.
Amazing people, Amazing service!! I don’t often write reviews, but I want to give a shoutout to Nina Jewelers for their exceptional customer service and detail in care. They supported me in a transaction whereby I thought I had forgot to deposit a check from 7 years ago! Preeti was so kind and graciously looked into the matter without dismissing something that happened many years ago. Given the time frame, I am not sure if the company was even still liable. She got back to me within a week and the matter was resolved.
