I have been going to Nina for over a year. She has helped me through a very difficult time. She is so helpful and compassionate, she helps you see your problems in a very different way. Life throws curve balls, and you don’t have to suffer.
Before I met Nina I was taking 200mg of Zoloft and still having anxiety and panic attacks almost every day. Now, 7 years later, I’m on the lowest therapeutic dose and have never been more equipped to manage my OCD brain. I saw a few therapists before her, but none of them were as versed in OCD as she is. I’m so, so incredibly grateful to Nina for everything all these years; I would not be who I am today without her support. ❤️
