Wonderful experience! I took my wife and daughters to all get necklaces and bracelets and they had the best experience. Betsy and Olivia provide my wife and daughters with best assistance with the best recommended options and adjustments. They left with the perfect fit and left excited to wear for a lifetime. They offered for me to get one and after looking at my family’s outcome I was excited to get mines too. My bracelet was perfect and classic! I recommend them, they are top tier!!
UNORGANIZED! It would be extremely helpful if someone answered the phone to assist customers with general questions about item availability. Doing so could save people from driving 45 minutes or more, only to arrive, wait in line, and then find out the item they’re looking for isn’t even in stock. Better communication would save customers a lot of unnecessary time and frustration.
Cute little multi-shop. All of the girls were great! My partner took me to repair an anklet and get new charms. We left with a new pair of smiles and new charms! Shout out to Genesis
Glad I delayed on making this review. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. I came in wanting a permanent bracelet and anklet however the lady told me they didn't do anklets (even though they are on the website), so I had to rethink my options for just a bracelet. She shuffled me to the side and let 3 groups of people go ahead of me before getting back to me. She provided no suggestions or feedback as she had done with the groups.
