That was one of the best experiences dealing with my health. Dr. Balanchivadze told me right up front, "Don't do no worrying, let her do the worrying." She educated me on what I was seeing her for and also discussed other medical problems I was dealing with. The whole staff were generous and kind. There was never a long waiting period to give blood or see the doctor. I was relieved once I was in her care.
