I went to Nina Akou's hair braiding to get my hair done and I am loving it ! The customer service is amazing. They greet you as soon as you walk in and make you feel good. They ask you what you want, and they show and explain everything to you before they start. The shop is very clean. I have received a lot of positive feedback since I had my hair done. The prices are reasonable. I will be going back. You can't let someone else's experience make up your mind. I Love my braids, Nina!! See you soon !

Nina Akou has had horrible customer service since she got started. I went to her while in college when she was doing hair out of the basement of her home back in 2001. She was terrible then. It is to no surprise that she is still terrible now. Greedy, disrespectful, talks about customers, nickels and dimes customers, very rude.....and the list goes on.
