I have been to Dr. Surtani probably ten years ago to assess and diagnose a torn meniscus. He repaired it with an arthroscopic procedure. Now, it is my right shoulder. I was surprised that the same staff that was there 10 years ago is still there. Once again, steps were taken to make the diagnosis in a proactive manner and now I am preparing for arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder.
