From the time that my 2022 Equinox broke down while driving until the time the problem was completed and I was back home was less than 24 hours. Allen Meehan was professional in handling the problem and had the sense of urgency needed to get me back on the road. Allen was knowledgeable of what had happened and explained it to me. Nimnicht Chevrolet has a friendly atmosphere and I feel like my happiness is the first concern. Allen is a fine employee and Nimnicht should be proud to have him aboard.
Do not buy anything from nimnicht at the avenues. They are not interested in helping their customers. They scammed us when they chose not to reveal a crack in the dash. Instead they covered it up and didn't even mention it when we requested a carfax. It was mentioned before signing the final paperwork and just as soon as we did, John voght stated "no, they were not going to fix since we already signed the papers." They are very deceitful and dishonest.
