I loved that they came to me with the mobile unit. Saved me travel time and money because I didn't have to take off work. Mo was very professional and quick.
My experience on 3/10/26 was unprofessional. I informed Shawna my ETA. Once I arrived she had already left. Then ironically the vehicle sold within that short time frame. During a personal phone call I shared the news when your sales agent chimes in to tell someone on MY PHONE about the unprofessional incident why are they calling the person "brother" just because it's a male voice. 0/10 experience.

I found the car on Cars.com A Mercedes at a Chevy dealership. so there was a lack of knowledge of the car, I didn’t care about that. They had just gotten the car in on a trade. It took a couple of weeks to get it serviced and detailed. Early in that process I had gotten an out of the door price. Then I saw a price reduction on Cars.com of $1000.
