The service department was doing warranty work on my wife's GMC acadia. They told us it would be 7-10 days for the work. It has been 3 months and they still have not started the work. I would have gone somewhere else except that it is not drivable. They finally started the work after 3 months only to find out that there was more wrong then they originally thought and need to wait to order more parts. Worst car buying experience ever. Overall Im happy with the truck I bought. The finance and sales department, not so much. After sitting and waiting for nearly 3 hours for the paperwork to be ready on a Sunday afternoon with no other customers on site, I finally get to sign for the new truck. I was told by ***** the sales guy that the truck was either $36 or $38,000. When the paperwork was ready it was shown as $40,000. 1/5 Stars - Avoid This Dealership!I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. After leasing a 2024 Hummer EV less than a month ago. The vehicle has already been in for service THREE TIMES due to numerous issues that the dealer was aware of before I signed the lease.Despite being assured by Salesperson **** and Manager **** that "it's all under warranty, don't worry," I'm worried. i am very disappointed in the professionalism here. i took my vehicle to have work done only to be lied to given the run around and know one here has a clue as to what is going on i charged for a test to see what was wrong but yet they tell me the possibilities that it could be i am back at ******** with no help from them but they charged me lied to me when i would text them i get no response when i call they dont have a clue as to what is going on so they will find out and call me back in which they never did my bill double... read more

Purchase a used Chevy Cruze middle of May for my daughter. Check engine light is already on. Took it to a local parts store to have the code read. Comes up with all kinds of codes. Called and of course the warranty purchased they know won't cover what might be wrong with it. Wouldn't even offer to look at it. Was told we have to take ownership of the car and even if it was under 30days it wouldn't be covered. Great so I purchased a car that I was assured went through their inspection. Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in March of 2024, and traded in our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Agree to $2,000 down payment, which we put on my husbands credit card. The warranty paperwork for the jeep was cancelled, and the finance guy told it would be 4-6 weeks before we would see the refund come back to us. I recently tried to buy a vehicle from this scumbag run dealership. I worked for days building a relationship with the salesman "T" and came to a price for a vehicle. My teenage daughter had an open recall on her 2008 ***** and the team at Nimnicht Buick GMC helped ** take care of the recall with ease.
