The service department was doing warranty work on my wife's GMC acadia. They told us it would be 7-10 days for the work. It has been 3 months and they still have not started the work. I would have gone somewhere else except that it is not drivable. They finally started the work after 3 months only to find out that there was more wrong then they originally thought and need to wait to order more parts. Worst car buying experience ever. Overall Im happy with the truck I bought. The finance and sales department, not so much. After sitting and waiting for nearly 3 hours for the paperwork to be ready on a Sunday afternoon with no other customers on site, I finally get to sign for the new truck. Purchase a used Chevy Cruze middle of May for my daughter. Check engine light is already on. Took it to a local parts store to have the code read. Comes up with all kinds of codes. Called and of course the warranty purchased they know won't cover what might be wrong with it. Wouldn't even offer to look at it. Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in March of 2024, and traded in our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Agree to $2,000 down payment, which we put on my husbands credit card. I recently tried to buy a vehicle from this scumbag run dealership. I worked for days building a relationship with the salesman "T" and came to a price for a vehicle.
