After driving the 2.7, 5.3 & 3.0 diesel truck and looking at 2 used trucks we wanted *** to run the numbers so we could see what gave us the lowest price considering ** discount, other rebates and interest rates (2.9% for new or used). I've been a customer at Dale Willey Automotive for a long time. I had all my service done there. I tried to buy another 3500HD diesel dually but never could get what I needed. Si I found one from ******** chevrolet in merriam ks. So I brought my truck her for service and some mechanical issue's. They turned in the warranty work to the warranty company. I bought a used ****** 4 runner from then just over a month ago 2-3 weeks after being forced into buying the vehicle after saying repeatedly I wanted to look at another car and can I wait till Monday to sign paperwork when I have my full down payment which was only a week later they pushed me into the sales manager said let me deal with ur finances u can sign now I was not allowed to take ownership till I had full payment down first which makes the paperwork date wrong on all the warranties they forced me to get even the fin... read more

Initially the customer service was exceptional. the staff were accommodating, and I was assured that the vehicle had been serviced, and all electrical components were in working condition. The car had a 6th month 6000-mile warranty thru car bravo. I drove the vehicle back to ********. I purchased a used car 2 months ago. The I found out after the purchase the vehicle had an open recall and a navigation system SD Card error that was never addressed prior to the sale of the vehicle. I keep the vehicle in the garage, but on 2 occasions the vehicle was outside while it rained. After the first time it rained the vehicle smelled like a wet dog so I didn't really think much of it. Within 3 months I had to take my car in 5 times, they tried saying nothing was wrong with my car, then said they looked it over and I told the guy exactly what was wrong with it, then they tried to say again nothing was wrong, but I left a review and they then told me they would fix the wheel bearing, they don't care about customers, seems very fishy when I said I'd have someone else inspect the vehicle then they want to do their jobs right, definitely won't ever come back, things really seem shady if you ask me, there's som... read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Once the money changes hands they no longer care about the customer. They never answer the phones or return phone calls, the manager and the service department employee will not get up out of their chair to go find help they just offers to email someone in the same office for you. Every singe person I have had contact with are extremely rude and very unhelpful.
