I purchased a used car 2 months ago. The I found out after the purchase the vehicle had an open recall and a navigation system SD Card error that was never addressed prior to the sale of the vehicle. I keep the vehicle in the garage, but on 2 occasions the vehicle was outside while it rained. After the first time it rained the vehicle smelled like a wet dog so I didn't really think much of it. Scheduled appt. And took day off without pay to get repairs done because my family was going out of town. Waited 6 hours for them to tell me they didnt have all the parts. The Service Rep said he would give me an additional 10 % off for issues that day plus Military discount of 10% . Rescheduled for that Saturday but rep ***** there. It took them 5.5 hrs for repairs and they charged me for 7.6 hrs and gave me ****** off and Service Rep there said that was all he was doing because I had already got a good deal. I was in search of a pickup truck and I told ***** that I was planning on getting a loan so I was not interested in getting a loan through one of their banks. I was assured that my credit information would only be run it there was a term of payment that I would agree to. No satisfactory term was agreed upon and I left the dealership and I found out later that a hard inquiry was ran on my report anyway WITHOUT my authorization.
