I can not believe the level of uncaring and zero patient concern or care this sector of OSF offers. In the years that I have been a patient of Little Company I have never been treated the way I was treated today. I was basically told that I was " out of luck" by the receptionist when trying to make an appointment that I need for a surgery that I'm having in January- when I tried explaining the situation they showed no care whatsoever!! tried to rush me off the phone and was so unapologetic to anything that I had to say when ... read more
