Dr. Patel and his PA Stacie are GREAT!! I just had my surgery Monday. They both have some of the BEST bedside manners I’ve ever had. They explain everything in detail and don’t talk down to you!! I will say they will go above and beyond for their patient’s. I also can’t say enough good things about the hospital. We chose Methodist Hospital in Addison. Everyone of the staff members. We made contact with were great. Very attentive and very caring. .
Felt unseen literally. He talked to my husband, made more eye contact with him than me. He heard insurance wouldn’t cover surgery due to “preexisting” on my policy plan (not knowing I may pay out of pocket cash) and the eyes rolled. He was short, didn’t fully listen to all my questions. Thank you thank you one in a million times Dr. Patel and Stacie it's been a week since I was in ER having the most awful pain and can't believe that I feel 98% better with very little discomfort. The procedure has been a success for me. Love you guys. GM
