Can't say enough good things about Dr.Patel and his staff, He preformed neck and back Surgery on my 73yr old father and he absolutely no pain after both Surgeries. I also had neck surgery and it's not perfect but I'm not in the pain I once was thanks to this team.
Dr. Patel and his PA Stacie are GREAT!! I just had my surgery Monday. They both have some of the BEST bedside manners I’ve ever had. They explain everything in detail and don’t talk down to you!! I will say they will go above and beyond for their patient’s. I also can’t say enough good things about the hospital. We chose Methodist Hospital in Addison. Everyone of the staff members. We made contact with were great. Very attentive and very caring. .
Felt unseen literally. He talked to my husband, made more eye contact with him than me. He heard insurance wouldn’t cover surgery due to “preexisting” on my policy plan (not knowing I may pay out of pocket cash) and the eyes rolled. He was short, didn’t fully listen to all my questions.
