Sad practice- complete lack of care. Zero accountability. It’s mental health and providers and staff need to take it much more professional then they do. Providers cancel apts or do not show up. You are simply a name on a list to get through. Like a deli counter.
Excellent service. Care and treatment that is tailored to each individual clients needs.
While I have had good experiences at the groups here, I would not recommend this practice for anyone hoping to get a job or get back to work. It took them 2 weeks to provide me with a simple letter that stated I was okay to return to work, resulting in me not being able to work and not being paid. I would reach out for this paperwork everyday yet no one seemed to care that this effected my life in depriving me of an income I need to pay my bills.
